Our recruiters and hiring managers review candidate applications daily to identify those who most closely match position qualifications and requirements.

Qualified candidates will be selected for a phone screening and/or face-to-face interview with a member of the ServiceLink team to further discuss their background.

Next Steps

A member of the recruiting team will reach out directly to extend an offer or conduct additional screening. Candidates who are not selected will receive an email once the position has been filled.

  • How often is performance reviewed?

    ServiceLink believes in providing ongoing feedback to employees on how they are progressing toward their goals. Managers are encouraged to conduct annual reviews with employees to provide guidance and feedback to ensure success in our organization. We also enable our managers to conduct new hire and quarterly reviews as needed.

  • I have a friend or family member who referred me to ServiceLink. Do I still have to apply?

    All candidates are required to complete an application. This ensures that every candidate is equally considered for employment. Just be sure to indicate the name of the employee who referred you when you apply – they may be eligible for our Employee Referral Award.

  • What position should I apply for? Will I be considered for other positions when applying for a specific position?

    Our goal is to find the best fit for both candidates and the company. We may consider candidates for multiple or alternate positions when appropriate.

  • How do I submit my resume to ServiceLink?

    When you fill out your online application, you can also submit your resume, cover letter and any other relevant documents. Click on any department to see a brief description and a list of available positions. Click on a position you are interested in to be taken to the application screen.

  • How long does the application process take?

    On average, it takes about 30 minutes to complete the online application. To expedite the process, you can upload your resume or LinkedIn profile to auto-fill the work history section. You can attach your resume in DOC, DOCX, RTF, PDF, TXT or HTML formats. Once you have created a profile, you can use the same login information to apply to new positions as they become available.

  • Am I required to complete any type of pre-employment screening if I accept a position with ServiceLink?

    All new employees are required to complete a criminal background check and drug screening prior to onboarding. Employment, education or other verification may be required as it relates to the position. This will be discussed at the time an offer is presented and cannot be completed without your consent. ServiceLink remains in legal compliance with all client, local and federal requirements.
